Shapoorji Pallonji to sell 2.5% stake in Sterling and Wilson Renewable via OFS

Shapoorji Pallonji on Monday said that the company will offload 2.5 per cent stake in Sterling and Wilson Renewable via offer for sale (OFS) route.

The promoter will offload stake in Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy between December 20 and December 21. Shapoorji Pallonji has fixed the floor price at ₹270 per share.
